Thanks i-Zapp for posting your solution. Please note the updater is a product of Dual, not Harry's LapTimer.

Re: Lock Autofocus
No change in v17 compared to former versions, the lock and focus pattern is in Apple's video app? I guess most users do not set auto lock at all. Nevertheless, I agree it might make sense to change something here... Simply setting autofocus forever is not what I would like to go for, I'm sure we wil...

Re: Trouble Connecting to XGPS receiver
I'd suggest to restart your iPhone and try again. Please check you have not turned off GPS Accessories in LapTimer's Expert Settings in addition.

Re: V17.0.3 crashes during attempt to link to vehicle.
Please send a crash log so I can fix it: http://forum.gps-laptimer.de/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1115 I had this bug reported a long time ago. If I remember correct, this has been related to special view configurations. As a workaround, please define your car manually. Add your VIN once you have define...

Re: Lock Autofocus
Yes, it is like this. If I remember correct, I did it like this to force an explicit focus action. Otherwise a focus set wrong once, will probably stay across sessions. It is kind of risk management

Re: Crashing when loading from lap list
Hi, Please send either your crash logs (http://forum.gps-laptimer.de/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1115) or your database (http://forum.gps-laptimer.de/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=679) to check what is going on. You may try rebooting your iPhone first - to check if it is a memory problem. I'd be interested in...

Re: Worked fine before, then recorded nothing, retried, no v
LapTimer should pick up automatically, yes. To verify everything is fine, please always have a look into the status bar shown in all the timer views. You should see a small animated radar symbol (indicating LapTimer is actively searching for triggers), green GPS accuracy bars, and a small satellite ...

Re: [SOLVED] Laptimer crashes when clicking on Overlay
17.0.4 is not yet available, but 17.0.3 had some changes in this area too.

Re: Laptimer crashes when clicking on Overlay
You may send me crash logs in case they exist: http://forum.gps-laptimer.de/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1115 In case you do not find (recent) crashlogs, it is most probably about missing main memory. In cases like this, rebooting the iPhone helps. I have optimized memory requirement in v17.0.4 in additi...

Re: Laptimer crashes when clicking on Overlay
Hope that will be fixed in 17.0.4 (submitted to Apple already). I received some feedback like this but have not been able to reproduce / fully understand the pattern this happens in. Do you have a second video associated for the lap you want to overlay (MultiCam)?
