Re: Crash on iPad while "after-the-fact" processing of data
It's an iPad 3. The crash is not related to overlaying, just the re-calculating (z.B. "Berechnen" --> "Daten glätten" oder "Berechnen" --> "Beschleunigung")

Improve interpolation of OBD gauges in video overlay?
Hi Harry, I'm using an external 5 Hz GPS tracker and my car delivers unfortunately only 1 Hz OBD data (not a too old-fashioned car - a 2009 BMW Z4 Coupé ... however, no CAN Bus yet). I assume that HLT is aligning all data according to the GPS data interval. For the lap data files, this means that the...

Crash on iPad while "after-the-fact" processing of data
Hello, I'm recording my data with an Android mobile (Petrolhead) and typically sync it with the Grand Prix edition on my iPad via Dropbox. Now, I noticed an issue. While the postprocessing of the lap data (smoothing, re-calculating accelerations, ...) works fine on the actual Android recording devic...

Re: iPad vs. Android - Performance of app during lap analysi
Very interesting! By the way, I have some old Nordschleife laps with 1 Hz GPS + 1 Hz OBD. I can analyse them without the large lag, so the lag is correlated to the number of data points. Any chance to get this lack of power of older iOS devices addressed in future iOS builds of HLT? For example, by ...

iPad vs. Android - Performance of app during lap analysis
Hey there, I'm using HLT Grand Prix on iPad 3 as well as HLT Petrolhead on Android Sony Xperia S. Last weekend, I recorded a few laps on the Nordschleife with 5 Hz GPS and 1 Hz OBD on Android. Afterwards, I transferred them to the iPad via Dropbox to do laptime analysis on the bigger screen. What I ...

Re: Recording of GPS/acc/OBD independent of lap time
The idea to do capture a fake intro a fake outro lap by manual start and modifying the stop triggers will surely do the job for my purpose. Even without the multi-lap export feature, I can export the three laps separately and merge them into one csv-file that can be imported into Dashware. That is s...

Re: Recording of GPS/acc/OBD independent of lap time
GPS/OBD/Acceleration all the time (recording started manually), Lap Timing in the relevant part (BTG on Nordschleife).
