Re: Can't Export Videos
Thanks Harry. On the can't export issue, I offered to test any solution, on another thread. On the attempts to copy to another location on the SD card using the LapTimer's copy using File Manager, the resulting copy is unreadable when I try to open it. I've tried two different file manager apps. But...

Can't Export Videos
Android 11 here on Galaxy A50. I can no longer export a video. The copy to File Manger sometimes seems to work, but the resulting video is unable to run in any of my Windows video players - Windows Media Player or VLC Media player. the player says there is an error in the file. One time it said ther...

Re: Android OS v11 video transfer to/from SD card
Harry,
I am having the same issue with Android 11 on a Samsung Galaxy A50. Can't access the SD card LapTimer Data folder. And I've tried sending a link or the upload feature and nothing seems to work. Ill send you my Google ID. I've Beta tested before with you.
Thanks,
Doug

Making Video setting sticky
Hi Harry, Back on track this year. Still trying to get better video - Samsung Galaxy A50 with Android 11. You have recommended elsewhere in this forum to Lock Autofocus and Lock Exposure to the ON setting. I try this, but the next time I open Lap Timer, these settings default back to off - and I for...

Moving laps from one phone to another
Why is it so complicated to get laps moved? Why can't the data just be moved with File manager from one phone to another. I have been futzing around with export and import all morning, various errors, and now most of the laps are duplicated 2 or 3 times. Grrrr. Where the hell is the data located? Wh...

Re: Track Attack
Gremlin - yes, same site which I found, but I don't see any support posts, nor posts by anyone other than Track Attack.
Thanks and keep us posted.

Re: Track Attack
@SVTDoug, I've given them the feedback, I posted on their facebook support page and they've been messaging me. I'm testing some fixes, and we're trying to work through this. Thanks. I can find the Track Attack Facebook page, but it does not seem like a "support" site. Is there another Tra...

Re: Track Attack
Update: I imported a .vbo file from Harry's from The Ridge, and it imported fine into Track Attack. So as you indicated, there might be an issue with the Pacific track data...or how Track Attack is handling it. Thanks Gremlin for dealing with this!

Re: Track Attack
Hi Gremlin,
Yes, I was trying to import laps from Pacific Raceway. I can try importing from The Ridge to see if that works.
How did you find a link to contact them. Tell them they are hiding from their users! We should be discussing these matters on a Track Attack forum...
Thanks,
Doug

Cure for Jello video shake in phone camera
I am using an LG G5 phone to run Harry's Grand Prix and take video for on track HP and DE events. I have my phone mounted with the recommended RAM suction cup mount to the windshield. The issue is the video quality from the phone. I get major jello-ing affect in the video - very distorted video. I h...
