I used before Race Timer on a PDA. After switching to iPhone I searched for something similar aund found laptimer. It was mentioned often in the Touristenforum.

I know the reason, why it didn't work.
It is Windows XP. I found some hints in the Internet, that XP has problems copying big files.
I then used my sons Vista PC and could copy the file easily.
