Sorry to hear - next time run a full export using .hlptrl format - you can use it to restore later.

Re: No GPS Plots
Hi, The track sets have POIs only. The actual plot is derived from your driving. You will get displays (video view and elsewhere) once you have recorded a lap successfully. For Oulton Park - do you have laps including data recording? Please check the Lap List, select one lap, and check if you see th...

Re: The Trip Computer
Hi, The navigation area in LapTimer's A->B view is not maintained / updated currently. You can watch the "... since" area, but that's all. As GPS/OBD Buddy is a free app now, I will likely remove the view from LapTimer completely in the next version. Please use GPS Buddy for the trip featu...

Re: Dual XGPS170
Hi,
Although there are still some problems with the site, the firmware request page seems to work. Dual is working on this. Please note the XGPS170 is not positioned to replace the XGPS150 and will rarely be a valid alternative for LapTimer users.

Re: External GPS Detection
Please just come back once you get it again. The crash will be fixed, I hope the duplication will go away too.

Re: Encountered a glitch deleting raw videos from lap data
Thanks for reporting. The crash is a known problem and fixed already (will be part of 16.6.1). On your snapshots I see multiple raw videos. Can you recall the exact action sequence to increase the number of raw videos shown?

Re: External GPS Detection
LapTimer usually receives a notification from iOS when an external accessory is connected. In a next step, it tries to connect to it. I will check if I can reproduce this behavior. As LapTimer disconnects and reconnects every time it is back- and foregrounded again, you may try a simple Home + LapTi...

Re: How to export lap data overlay to superimpose on GoPro v
But you are aware how many man years have been wasted because people start manipulating things on file level? There are always pros and cons... Actually I feel bad every time I need to recommend a user to use that tool...
