Re: Batch Process 38 laps into to 38 separate overylay video
Does that create a single video of the session, or does it create an overlayed video of each lap ? I don't have any laps to test right now.

Batch Process 38 laps into to 38 separate overylay videos
I came home this weekend with 38 laps and want to process into 38 overlay videos. I have been doing it manually one at a time which takes a few days to do in my spare time. Can this be done as a batch ?

Re: MPH and RPM spike 30% higher than reality at the same ti
Sorry, my real question was concerning the cause of 8093 RPM readout which is far above cutout. Is this probably another example of a dropped connection to the OBDLink module ? Unfortunately, in a stock Audi A4 the driver and video cannot hear the engine or exhaust with the windows down and noisy ra...

Re: MPH and RPM spike 30% higher than reality at the same ti
OK, but why is the MPH too high at exactly the same time ?
I am using the OBDLink MX. In one other instance during the day the video shows a downshift to 3rd and 8093 RPM at 93 MPH. In this case 93 is the actual speed. The transmission won't let you downshift to 3rd at 93 mph.

MPH and RPM spike 30% higher than reality at the same time
This picture shows 109 mph when I was going about 85 based on all the other laps. The RPM shows 6868 when the Audi A4 Tiptronic transmission automatically upshifts at 6200 RPM. are bad RPM values being used for the MPH reading, or are bad GPS values reading into the RPM reading, or is there some oth...

Re: Windshield Mounts
A couple of other installation comments I could have made in the first post. The window tint film is applied inside - experts on the web said its no problem applying suction cup mounts on the tint-film. So far I have had no problem. last note: The yellow colored Logitech suction lever is too hard to...

Re: Windshield Mounts
I found this Logitech setup to be very solid. You may wonder about a magnetic mount but I am pretty sure it would require a violent crash to separate the phone from the mount. Benefits: The mount is 100% rigid so there is no image vibration added by flex in the mount. Using the phone for video makes...

G-Force circle accuracy & body roll
This is a frivolous topic but Ill ask anyway . . As a test when not driving, if you turn your phone 90 degrees left or right, the G-Force meter will read precisely 1.0 proving the phone's accelerometer is very accurate for that static situation. When my vehicle is parked on a side-slope that approxi...

Adding Gear Ratios in vehicle description
I am trying to input gear ratios. It currently says "Num Gear 0" and doesn't expand to add or delete gears.

Backup & Restore Configuration
Does the LapTimer have a built in method to backup & restore all the settings that can be configured ? I am moving LapTimer to a second dedicated phone for LapTimer. Or, should I use a 3rd party backup / restore program for Android ?
