Re: What happens, if video approaches full storage?

When memory gets lower than a certain threshold, video recording is stopped. Timing and data recording will continue. The current lap will not get a link to the video as this goes always to the end of the lap (which has no video any more when video has been stopped before).

Re: High Plains Raceway North Course

Elevation changes are very difficult to capture using GPS as due to geometry, at least one more satellite is needed to get the same vertical accuracy as horizontally.

Re: Circuit Tools - Most Basic Question

The problem with CT is it makes it's own decision where laps start and stop. It treats LapTimer data as raw data and starts a lap / split detection process again. As the detection process is obviously a different one than that of LapTimer, it sometimes works directly, and needs some gate width (and ...

Re: Who did the track Nordschleife BTG?

Reloading a track set will update POIs only, laps are unchanged. The BTG track set's go and stop triggers are both slightly ahead of the real positions. So the overall lap time is pretty accurate despite this flaw. I do not want to adjust this as it will make it difficult to compare the thousands of...

Re: Ram Mount Stability

Hi again,

It seems your mount's arm is indeed a bit longer (plus the different suction cup). I assume it is not the article # linked on my Compatibility page? Please let me know - I need to correct that otherwise.

Re: Ram Mount Stability

This is how my RAM mount is installed. Pretty much top down instead of horizontally. You may test something similar.
