Re: Status of HERO5 support
Did some basic testing the other day with the new Hero 5 Black. Using the Hero 4 Black option it seemed to start and stop recording just fine when I started and stopped recording with HLT. Only thing that didn't seem to work was importing the video from the Hero 5 directly into Laptimer, although ma...

Support for iPhone flash drives
Are there any plans to support any of the flash drives available for the iPhone that connect via the lightning port (e.g., the Sandisk iXpand flash drive)? Probably not feasible to record video directly to the flash drive, but it would be great if we could backup/transfer the raw video files from HL...

Re: Start lap timer at last sector
To avoid showing the timer screen when running with LapTimer, I just leave mine on the video preview screen when I run.
I also mount the phone on my windsheild to the right of the rear view mirror, so I can't even really see the screen at all when I'm on the track.

V20.2 crashing
Hi, Version 20.2 keeps crashing on me when I'm just browsing in Lap List or Video List. No specific action seems to cause it - just seems to randomly crash as I'm scrolling or selecting a lap/video. Wondering if it might be related to iOS 10.3 which I just upgraded to today (supposed to fix the NoSe...

Re: Stop inlap without aborting
That's what I thought and was surprised that I couldn't find the video. It's possible I forgot to hit video on the timer screen to start the background video recording. Is there any way to make it a default option to automatically start background video recording without having to hit the video butt...

Re: Stop inlap without aborting
Does Laptimer delete the corresponding video as well if the the lap isn't recorded as completed? Today I was on my first lap when the session was black flagged and we had to pit. We never got out for the rest of the session so I hit cancel to stop recording the lap. I understand there's not much poi...

Re: Lap list is empty after updating to 18.3.4
Never mind. I found the FAQ that described what I needed to do. http://www.gps-laptimer-forum.de/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2626 I exported my current lap lists via email as an hlptrl file. Used iFunbox to delete the current .pdb and .pdb.save files and then copied in the .pdb files from the most rece...

Re: Lap list is empty after updating to 18.3.4
I think this happened to me as well after the upgrade. Unfortunately, I didn't realize it until after I ran my first event this year and went to compare lap times with last year's lap times and all my prior laps were missing from the lap list (but the videos are all still there). I just used Funbox ...

Re: National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park
Well I tried it out and it seems to work fine it started automatically I recorded the video and even did an overlay. I was able to as well today. Got a couple good overlays generated as well. only problem is how they have us coming on track after the start/finish and coming off before it, so we are...
