The timer is 3 minutes. A "stand still" is defined as a speed below 1.5 km/h. Both values are hard coded currently.

You can’t change the relation of GPS, OBD, IMU after the fact. It is only the video / all data relation that can be changed.

Is it possible you overlaid a video in-between? This may corrupt media library and create problems with any access to the cam, photos or videos afterwards. Once LapTimer gets slow / blocks after an overlay, reboot the phone and it will work again. Known problem occurring for some iPhone...
