That's pretty good news. :-D I thought the database issue fixed in 17.0.6 had an effect on situations were laps have been deleted only. Now it turns out it has been the cause for this open item too!

Re: VBOX Sport 20 Hz GPS support

Success! Is that in any instructional/set up literature? If so I missed it countless times...if not, it ought to be! Well... a) is in the edition description http://www.gps-laptimer.de/LapTimer_Products.html and b) is in Expert Settings with a fat disclaimer "Do not change anything here in cas...

Re: LapTimer (Rookie, Petrolhead, GrandPrix) v17 announcemen

But I had a little trouble exporting and importing. First I had to load the same tracks, as I had in the other app. And the app crashed a couble of time, during adding tracks, so some of the tracks I had to ad on top of it self, to get the POI into it. Didn't mention that. Export to .hlptrl will ex...

Re: video recording will not stop

Major releases are typically twice a year, so most probably Autumn. The plan is to have today's video view to control the field of view only. While driving, you will watch the Timer or other view - with only a very small life view to signal video is recording in background. Please don't ask more det...

Re: Make GPS the default for accelerometer

When *calculating* acceleration you will apply different calculations in real time and in an analytics tool like CT. In real time you cannot look ahead and use this fixes ahead to calculate acceleration. In case you do it after the fact, you will use fixes surrounding the position acceleration is ca...

Re: video recording will not stop

Well, actually I have received a lot of applause when I introduced it instead of the small button LT had before. You need to look at the street anyway ;-) Currently it is not possible to remove it. This will most probably change in the next major release - when video recording becomes a background p...

Re: VBOX Sport 20 Hz GPS support

Just got my VBOX Sport (had already had been using GP17.xx)...what do I need to do to connect the Sport to Harry's in my iPhone? In Sensor List it shows the VBOX Sport as "Available" but I can't get it to say "Connected." What am I missing here? Hi, Please make sure you a) have ...

Re: Idle-time during 24h race

Please have a look into this sketch: Scan-130530-0002.jpg The distance shown is the critical component. It needs to be bigger than any corridor LapTimer uses to detect triggers. As long as the stop/go trigger on the start / finish line has a direction, LapTimer will always use a wide corridor. This ...

Re: Share your video !

Maybe you want to send both the video and the photo (great installation!) to GoPro. Maybe they start supporting LapTimer then :-) Is it o.k. for you to share this on Facebook?
