Re: Acceleration Data Skewed

As a repair function, acceleration adjustment (rotation) needs to be done lap by lap. For the angle - please try with a the LHT setting next time, I’m not sure the math is simply adding up angles.

Re: Recording Starts Randomly

Please check if you have Settings ‣ Expert Settings ‣ Trigger Detection / Allow Low Speeds set. It is pretty in the bottom of Expert Settings.

Re: Triggers not working since v22 update

The purge thing is not related to database problems. It simply says you have more than 3 backups stored and probably want to do some housekeeping. Please export your full database to .hlptrl (Lap List ‣ Export ‣ Export Data ‣ Scope: All, Format: .hlptrl and send it to Harry@gps-laptimer.de. I will c...

Re: Acceleration Data Skewed

Yes, Left Hand Traffic means Right Hand Drive and vice versa. So with the device mounted like yours, Left Hand Traffic is correct. As long as you are not driving in Britain etc, you need to set this preset manually when mounting the phone in a non standard position.

Re: Picture in Picture Overlays

As long as you have enough space, you can sync photos as you like. This should not influence LapTimer operation. Videos can be recorded using the standard cam app on any second phone. Footage recorded can be transferred to the primary smartphone just like action cam videos. Afterwards, it can be add...

In case you go for a track day and know a specific - and missing - configuration will be driven, send a mail to Tracks@gps-laptimer.de a few days ahead. We will add it. In c...

Re: Video missing in Laps -> Edit -> Video List

Connect the iPhone to iTunes and select it. In the left navigation bar, you will see „File Sharing“. Select it and select LapTimer afterwards. You can drop videos into the LapTimer documents folder afterwards.

Re: Triggers not working since v22 update

As described in release notes since 22.1.0, we had two biggie releases to fix issues which occurred for some tracks. Version 22.1.2 you have installed now should work fine.

I‘m sorry for any inconvenience.

Re: OBD/GPS does not show on HARRY'S

The first gen Automatic is not supported by LapTimer (and not a pleasure due to low update rates anyway). The XGPS should show up immediately. Please check: 1) Kill Dual‘s app in case it is active or running in background. 2) Make sure the use of Made for iPhone accessories is enabled in LapTimer‘s ...
