Hi, I got the same symptoms but could make it work. Close the app from Emprum first. The go into Harrys' nad in the more menu you will find a list item with GPS devices. Select Ultimate GPS > and activate. It might be that the app from emprum can not run at the same time as Harrys' Best regards Peter
