Re: PLX Kiwi 4
HI Harry, Without any changes to settings I found that I am now getting about 5 Hz PID rate on the iPad which is good enough for me. However, when I connected the GPS, the rate dropped to about 1-2 Hz. I did not get the logs yet. I’m having trouble getting the same performance out for GPS Buddy even...

Re: Rotation bug on iPad
HI Harry,
I have another iPad bug for you. When I try to open “share” in the lap list (to receive laps from my iphone) HLT crashes. This is strange because i was doing this about 6 weeks ago and it worked ok.
Regards
Dave

Re: PLX Kiwi 4
Hi Harry,
I eventually achieved about 3 to 5 Hz with my iPhone. I am now trying to get the iPad running with the OBDLink. I have identical settings on both devices but I can barely sustain 1Hz on the.iPad.
Is there any iPad specific issue you are aware of?
Regards

Re: Rotation bug on iPad
I have noticed that switching the iPad rotation lock on then off sometimes seems to enable calibration to complete the mounting and pitch parts but the calibration doesn’t seem to be remembered

Yes, I think this is the problem. I get some strange landscape displays with data partly out of frame or missing. When trying manual calibration it seems to freeze, no green ticks, no cal

Re: Rotation bug on iPad
Hi Harry, I am having trouble with g sensor calibration on iPad mounted in landscape. In preview mode the g is reading 1g to the left as if the iPad is in portrait orientation. Automatic calibration doesn’t work, nothing happens in the static mode. Can you help?
