Thanks Steve, well put. I did the same thing but have only received correspondence via email. They told me to contact support via their number but when i rang, the message said they are unable to assist at this time, call back later. I hope they can get their S%!# together soon so we can start using...

Harry, thanks for the information on the new update. I'll hold off on this one as there is no support for NMEA with Tom Tom.
