Thanks Harry for answer. I had Qstarz BLE app killed. Problem was in pairing by BT. I tried procedure by youtube video for BT-Q818T, but it is not same. I got message from qstarz support and now all works fine.

Hi,
I bought this GPS unit from QSTARZ, because they have in description Harry Laptimer. It is BL-1000GT. GPS is connected to mobile, Qstarz BLE GPS view app works fine. I started HL, add GPS sensor but it is still not avaliable
Is not possible connect it by BT?
