Re: Supra OBD2(Tonwon BLTE) with Harry's laptimer not working well

Hi Harry,

I have Dual XGPS160 and OBDlink MX+ now.
That’s interestingly. The OBDlink MX+ gets
I’m facing OBD data steps problem.
Without XGPS160, the OBD rate is good. When having XGPS160, the OBD data rate is not smoothly.
Should I force the Storage rate to 10Hz?

Thanks

Export Catalyst temp. to csv

Hi Harry,

From the exported CSV, there's no catalyst temperature. May I know how to include the Catalyst temperature in the CSV?

Re: PGear Support?

It looks like some proprietary hardware with a standard 10 Hz GPS chip like those built into various GPS mouses. Please check www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/ios or www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/android for LapTimer compatible GPS devices. - Harry Hi @Harry , The RaceChrono supports Pgear dev...

Re: Supra OBD2(Tonwon BLTE) with Harry's laptimer not working well

The overlay on the video RaceChrono CSV with RaceRender https://youtu.be/l0HjMz0OMVE Laptimer https://youtu.be/RKsuf2QNIWo I exported the CSV from both RaceChrono and Laptimer for RaceRender3. The RaceRender 3 RPM overlay goes pretty well as you can see from the clip with RC CSV data. But the Laptim...

Re: Supra OBD2(Tonwon BLTE) with Harry's laptimer not working well

I'm still try and error to make it better.
But the RPM gauge is still laggy. While using RaceChrono, the RPM display is smoothly. No idea what to test further more with Harry's so far. Appreciate for any suggestion.

Re: Supra OBD2(Tonwon BLTE) with Harry's laptimer not working well

Nice explanation. I understand it a bit more now. It sounds like the more requests be issued by Laptimer the better. I attached three different settings. I do really want to make the overlay smoothly for the speed and engine RPM. Also sent the GPS/OBD buddy verbose debug log to you. In case of ALL, ...

Re: Supra OBD2(Tonwon BLTE) with Harry's laptimer not working well

I switch back from TCM to ALL. Here's the current update rate. I'm curious the meaning of the rate.
What does 40/6/5/12means?
Is 12 the request rate by laptimer? And 6 is the actual response rate from the OBD2.
