HLT working fine until this year on my iPhone 5s using internal camera. Now if I record video, I have no lap data when I go to lap analysis. If I turn off video, I get some lap data but it is not complete. I do I get this working again?

I try to watch lap videos in HLT, but frequently get message "Cannot DECODE" "the decoder required for this media is busy." Sometimes video will run, but most times I get the error message. I did upgrade to IOS11. I am using my iPhone camera for videos. Any help would be greatly ...
