Re: Encountered a glitch deleting raw videos from lap data
At least it wasn't something I did! LOL! Sorry, I kind of got lost with where I ended up. I know I tried to link at least 2 different videos at different times to the same lap(tried to delete first, then add). The 2nd video had better resolution quality, which is why I tried to attach a different vi...

Encountered a glitch deleting raw videos from lap data
I've been working on improving video quality for a specific lap. which has led to me linking(attaching/uploading) multiple videos for a specfic lap. Everytime I try to delete a video, the app crashes. When I re-opening the app, there is still a video linked to the lap data. When I "edit" &...

Re: How to export lap data overlay to superimpose on GoPro v
Yes, that's probably the reason. You may try transferring the video directly into LapTimer's Documents folder. Just a try, maybe it works. Use the iExplorer tool linked in this post: http://forum.gps-laptimer.de/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=679 - Harry Thanks. Never heard of iExplorer, but I already lov...

Re: How to export lap data overlay to superimpose on GoPro v
OK, I've had some success with using a higher res file. I can make 1280X720p work, but not 1920X1080. I updated my iPhone4 to the OS6.0 and updated the iTunes to 10.7.0.21. Also ensured that I encoded the file with h.264. I think my iPhone4 just isn't up to 1080p. At least 720p is pretty good. Here'...

Re: How to export lap data overlay to superimpose on GoPro v
OK, got my IPhone4 to overlay the data. It was complicated. First I had to take my 1920X1080 GoPro video footage and reduce the resolution to 960X540 because ITunes won't take a res any higher than that. Then I had to convert the wmv file(I used Live Movie Maker to reduce video res) to a .m4v becau...

Re: How to export lap data overlay to superimpose on GoPro v
I'm thinking about trying DashWare to overlay data. But I want to ensure DashWare will export the finished video in 1920X1080 before buying it for $50. On the trial version, the ouput settings do not specify resolution. They say wmv HD large file or m4v HD large file. I wish it'd just specidy 1920X1...
