Does this means that even the internal iPhone X GPS can run at 10Hz? Do I need to change some settings to enable this? Is the hardware actually capable of running at 10Hz?

Yes, I have heart beat data in the HealthKit but I can't see a way to get those to show on LapTimer. Am I missing something?

N.B. LapTimer has access to the HealthKit app.
