Re: Bad Elf Lightning for iPhone 5s
Update from Bad Elf I've just heard back from our engineers, apologies there has been a good deal of travel on this end due to the summer holidays. They have been able to replicate what you are seeing and it is related to apps making direct connection to our devices. This is how our app calls for da...

Hi, I bought the recommended Ram Mount with the IPhone 6s holder but are unable to mount in such a way to the windshield that the phone is actually vertical and I do not see a large suction cup. The mount does not allow me to adjust the angles in such a way the i get the phone straight up. I ordered...

Re: Bad Elf Lightning for iPhone 5s
Hi, I used the Bad Elf lightning for the first time last weekend but got spotty results. Some laps were at 10hz and some at 1hz. I had issues getting good results. I have not checked all of the sessions but I think most were recorded at 1hz. I'm using both the Kiwi3 and the Bad Elf as well as a GoPr...

Re: Split multiple lap data recorded as one lap?
Hi,
I have the same issue and increased the trigger detection to 200 but no luck. Are there other ways to split a lap that actually is 2 or 3 laps?
Thx

Re: Video upside down v20.0.1 on iPhone 5s
Thanks Harry, of course I do not remember exactly what I did between sessions. Did I watch a video, what orientation did I use, etc. I will try to keep track of it next time. I also have not been able to reproduce it. The way to fix it is to export to the photo library, use the "Rotate & Fl...

Re: Video upside down v20.0.1 on iPhone 5s
Hi, I'm using v 20.1.4. I did a track event over the weekend with an Iphone 6S. I thought I had figured it out by using the phone in one way in terms of landscape orientation but unfortunately the first day things were fine but the second day all of a sudden I got an upside down video again even tho...
