Re: LapTimer v20 features (iOS and Android)
With the V20 and Android V 6.0 will I be able to record 25 minutes in 1080P or higher and not have the video truncated in many bits? What is the limit? This question pertains to shooting video with the Galaxy S7 phone. It has a cooling pipe so maybe this one will not overheat like my previous Androi...

Re: 3.73 GB max video size, transfer timeout w/ WiFi with Go
Very helpful Harry, thank you. I'm going to try to search for "sensor delay." That's really the more bothersome part. Otherwise, I got a 26 minute long video which will be more than sufficient for 99% of the laps. It only cut out the last lap and the cool down lap. Manual transfer by swapp...

There are two issues I'm running into using video with GoPro4. First, it seems like the laptimer chooses to cut the video at 3.73GB. I have many videos of exactly this same size. Re: Phone overheating, how to shut-off android camera w/mult
Thanks Harry! I re-read the thread. I took your advice and mounted it under the roof in the shade. The car is a 2015 Z06, runs hot, so I cannot use A/C. Without A/C the fan always blows hot, some sort of HVAC programming flaw. First I wanted to confirm it can't be turned of from the LapTimer. Check....

Phone overheating, how to shut-off android camera w/multicam
Is there a way to have multicam on so that the GoPro shoots video connected through wifi yet shut off the camera in the phone? So far I've only been able to shoot with both the android and the GoPro working at the same time or none at all. I've tried everything else to prevent overheating. I mounted...
