Re: Reference Laps?
In a follow up to this I can’t figure out how to overlay the reference lap on top of another lap for direct comparison. I read the video documentation on the subject but it still did not seem to work. Is there a step by step guide somewhere on how to get the reference lap to display in picture and p...

Re: No Telemetry Data in Overlay
As an aside you should remove the hero 7 from the camera compatibility list until this issue is resolved because it is a very common use case. Most people will want to overlay data.

Re: No Telemetry Data in Overlay
Has there been any progress on this? I see in the other topic that you were hopeful that iOS 13 would help. Did it end up helping?
I tried doing a factory reset of the camera because it was mentioned as a workaround but that didn’t seem to change anything. Overlays still don’t work.

Re: Gear / throttle / rpm overlay not working
Great thanks harry that worked, I didn't know that there was another option to pick the overlay type. It was on "none"

Gear / throttle / rpm overlay not working
It was working for awhile and it is still collecting the data properly from my obd2 wifi dongle because I can view rpm and throttle data for the lap but the overlay is only displaying speed and acceleration.
I've entered all the gear ratios for my car.
Does anybody have any ideas?
Cheers

Re: Accuracy with iPhone 6 GPS?
Hey Harry I've got a 2005 corvette, which according to this site does have a can bus:

Is it possible that the OBD2 reader I got is just crap?
Thanks again!

Re: Accuracy with iPhone 6 GPS?
Hey Harry, thanks for the response! I read your post in the faq but I'm still wondering what the better use of my money would be. I've got a cheap obd2 reader that reads at one hz and the iPhone. Should I invest in a better obd2 reader or a better gps? I can't afford both.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Accuracy with iPhone 6 GPS?
Hey I know the accuracy of the iphone 6 GPS is pretty bad because it only updates at 1Hz but I was wondering if the error has been quantified? +/- 1 second? Or better?
