Gopro Hero 2018

After my hero 3+ broke ( it worked wonderfully) I bought a new Hero 2018. I cannot seem to delete the hero 3 from my sensor list, and the new Hero appears under GPS and OBD sensors, but I cannot connect as either External or internal/external operations. Any suggestions?

Re: basic question regarding lateral accel map

Harry, Your response also answered one of my questions as well. However i still have little idea of how to read and apply the info from other graphs and charts. Can you, or one of your more accomplished users, put together a resource for some of us who may need to actually use all data available to ...

Re: Creating own track

I must be missing a step.in the process. I too want a manual start/stop for autocross runs, but I can't get it to activate. Also, at one particular event site the GPS signal seems sketchy, both for me and a friend who uses a Garmin GPS. Will the A-X logging work in manual s&s in these conditions? An...

Automatic Start

This morning I was practicing with HLT for an event tomorrow. I must have reset something inadvertently, but the app is not working as before. I used the Autocross wizard to set start & finish. As I approached my mark I did not get the "stop & press stage" dialog box. I cleared the track set and tri...

Clearng POI

Hi everyone, I was working, practicing with Laptimer this morning to try to figure a few things out that I was unsure of. In the process I re-set a "Go trigger" and got a message that I already had a trigger set and should delete it. I tried, but couldn't figure how. Similar situatiions have occured...

dated updates & How-to

Hi Harry, As another of those pesky Android users I have found that a few (certainly not all) instructional elements were created a few years ago. Can there be a way to date the article. Specifically, a helpful piece on Autocross set up was dated 2012, and there have been changes since that caused a...

Autocross data

Hi everyone, I have a couple of questions for the group, please bear with me as I am not very computer literate. I recognize that Lap Timer is generally oriented to the road racer, but as an autocrosser I feel I could use some advice in some areas. I use Gran Prix Edition on an Android, and I have a...

OBD 2 LX connection

I am at an autocross test & tune now, with the timed event tomorrow. I recently upgraded t Gran Prix and added the recommended OBD 2 on my '99 Miata 1.8 with 5-speed trsns. Good overall results except I can't get the OBD data in analysis on overlayed lap/video of any runs. The OBD does capture vehic...

Re: OBDLink MX Wi-Fi vs Bluetooth

Hi, I recently upgraded my Android to GP and acquired the OBD2 LX scanner. I have installed and re-installed the LX unit, but it doesn't seem to connect with my Android. I only run Autocross (am still having some minor difficulty understanding some of the reports & logs), and do not see all the info...
