Android OS v11 video transfer to/from SD card
I have a Samsung S10 running latest Android version 11 OS. On one of the recent updates in the past year, the ability to access and transfer files to the Movies folder (/storage/xxxx/android/data/com.harrys.laptimerpro/files/movies) is gone. The only way I have figured out to access the folder is to...

Re: Autocross with more than one lap
Got it to work! I first used another tip on the forum to reset the Dual XGPS to 5Hz (Use the Dual GPS SkyPro app to reset XGPS150 to 5Hz, shut down, launch Harry's, connect to XGPS150, verify 5Hz setting retained). This provided the necessary fine position to avoid the finish trigger. Next, when set...

Autocross with more than one lap
I tried to use HLT today at our autocross which was setup as a two lap circuit. Did the normal AX setup and start and finish, including the trigger directions. However, when I drove the first laps, the finish trigger was early as I passed nearby the finish line (there is a split about 3-4 meters bef...

Re: Split multiple lap data recorded as one lap?
I've got the android mounted at top of windshield, perhaps the rear view mirror is reducing the gps signal. I'll move it slightly today. The verify process split one multiple lap containing data into a single and a double lap. The other double lap did not split. Also, if you delete the original lap ...

Split multiple lap data recorded as one lap?
Twice today, multiple laps were recorded and combined into one lap. Is it possible, how to split the data into the individual laps to allow for analysis and overlay onto the cell phone video? The video recorded fine, its either 8 or 9 laps that the lap list shows as three laps. How to avoid the same...

Managing track lap data and drive space
I used HLT last year at 3 different tracks with several track configurations, and love the app. Second season at my home track starts soon (for me) and I'm trying to prep my Android S5. I've seen the posts about managing the videos, and keeping the video archive off of the Android, no problem with t...

Re: Android external video import fail
Wow, I did something very very simple...just changed the file name to one without any spaces and HLT found and processed the video overlay! I'll next try a video that will have intro and exit frames and see if I can accurately shift the overlay to exactly the F1 start/finish line. I'll also be exper...

Re: Android external video import fail
Here are three snapshots that I hope have the info you need. I will also be trying to overlay a gopro video from a Nordschleife lap, and need to know what settings I should use for that video to get a good overlay. Thanks! Android external video import fail
I'm trying to overlay HLT lap info on my android S5 using a video recorded on my GoPro and failing... I've got a Samsung S5 running HLT petrolhead. I've got a good data set from my second session at Spa but the video trigger didn't work properly. Luckily I also have GoPro video from the same session...
