Hi,
As the new jailbreak came up, the cydia servers were overloaded. roqyBT might have been badly installed (missing package erica utilities). So just try to uninstall, reboot and reinstall.
roqyBT4 is now tested on all iOS 6.x with GPS and OBD devices, working great.
thanks,
roqy

Re: Qstarz 818XT refresh Rate only 4 Hz
Hi,
I updated roqyBT4 to 1.4 for best rates updates and to correct issues people could have sometime (disconnection).
You should see full rate now.
thanks,
roqy

Re: OBD Connection - Bluetooth or WLAN?
Also if you want to use bluetooth dongles, and have a jailbroken device, you can install roqyBT4 + roqyOBD apps from cydia. Tested with PLX Kiwi, cheap ebay ELM327.

I've tested a cheap ELM327 ebay dongle, it's working fine with roqyBT4 + roqyOBD (for jailbroken devices only).

Re: roqyBT4 and Bluetooth OBDs!
Hi, For roqyBT support don't forget to write to support @ roqy-bluetooth.net ! I don't know why you don't see any data here, feel free to write. I tested it on DashCommand with iOS 6.1, no issue, everything worked great. I updated roqyBT4 to 1.4.0 to correct issues with disconnection. Use only roqyB...

Re: roqyBT4 and Bluetooth OBDs!
@Doborder
Yes, I'm working on a version to get multiple connection at the same time (GPS+HRM, GPS+OBD mainly).
I need to test it to get the Apple bluetooth stack stability. With 1Hz GPS and 3Hz OBD, I think there is no issue. With 10Hz GPS and 10Hz OBD, I don't know, it needs to be tested!!!!

Re: roqyBT4 and Bluetooth OBDs!
Hi,
The one I tested is the second link (black, blue, orange). It's working ... or not. The communication line is not stable...
Even if it is really cheap, I think it's better to try kiwi plx or OBDKey.
Regards,
Roqy

Re: roqyBT4 and Bluetooth OBDs!
@Christoffer: To use roqyOBD: 1- check roqyBT is correctly registered (license page, mode registered), and you have installed roqyOBD addon from cydia. 2- Go to configuration page, select an OBD device (if not listed, select generic obd key). Back to configuration, check the PIN code, must be the on...

@Ben, Hi, If you experience any issue with roqyBT4 app (for GPS or OBD), please feel free to contact me at support@roqy-bluetooth.net ! I don't think that roqyBT crashed in your case (but you can be sure by installing crash reporter app from cydia). It looks like the bluetooth connection was lost fo...
