Re: Split times in VOB export?

FYI - Latest version of TrackAttack (v1.09) was recently released and it now supports split times in the LapTimer VOB files

Re: Split times in VOB export?

Thanks - it looks like Circuit tools correctly identifies the splits in the Laptimer VBO export.
Unfortunately, I like the interface of Track Attack better.
Any recommendations of any other lap analysis tools out there for the PC that I can try that will properly handle the Laptimer VBO files?

Split times in VOB export?

I exported my latest track day at Lime Rock in VOB format so that I could import it into Track Attack to do some lap analysis after sitting through a coaching session on using data. However, I was disappointed the the VOB data imported into Track Attack had not split times - the only split was the e...

Re: Unable to restore data from backup

What can you do if the backup file is too big to send via email?
The backup file I'm trying to restore is about 51 MB.
I've tried sending it to myself via Gmail but it says it has a 25 MB limit on attachements

Re: XGPS160 issues

There's a 2.4.8 version now?
2.4.5 worked fine for me at Calabogie last weekend.
I too had problems downgrading with COM port issues. I think I ended up having to use an older version of the firmware upgrade program.
However, I ended up going to 2.4.5 and it's been working fine so far.

Re: XGPS160 issues

The 2.4.5 beta seems to be working for me now.
Will get a real test this weekend at the track.

Re: XGPS160 issues

Not sure, but I don't think your driver has actually installed properly. Does it say COM 4 STMicroelect... in the dropdown menu? In the Device Manager you should see "STMicroelectronics Virtual COM Port (COM4)". I've done this on both windows 7 and 10, I did notice that when I installed i...

Re: XGPS160 issues

Argh! I just tried to update my XGPS160 using the PC based firmware updater. I've done this before to downgrade from 2.4.1 to 1.5.1 when the 2.4.1 firmware upgrade was causing problems maintaining a connection to the XGPS160 from my iPhone 7 running iOS 10.3.1 (now 10.3.2). I worked just fine then. ...

Re: Merging GOPro Videos in a single run session

You can do this on the iPhone directly with iMovie. Start a project and import the video segments in the proper order. I defaults to using a fade to link the segments - you can change it to none. Save the movie as a video and then you can load it back into LapTimer and re-link the full video with th...

Re: Support for iPhone flash drives

Just wanted to follow up on this to see if this was at all doable (didn't see it as a feature in v21 beta announcement). This could be a really useful feature if you have an iPhone that is low on space and you wanted to offload video files during the course of the track day when you don't have acces...
