Re: Repeated data loss

Hi, Harry, The zipped recovery directory is too large (22.5MB) to send. Do you have an email address or other method to send this file? By the way, the loss of data occurs both when I email all the laps for 6 October 2014 or try to send one lap via Bluetooth to my iPad. Any suggestions on how to imp...

Repeated data loss

I have a 3rd generation iPod Touch 32GB (with over 10GB free space) running iOS 5.1.1 and HLT 18.3.4. After I emailed myself the results from my previous day’s track sessions (which was delivered with no problems), I lost ALL my data on my iPod Touch – hundreds of laps going back to 2011. I have no ...

Re: Cannot open HLT 18.3.0 on original iPad

Is there a way to install a prior version? Also, once you no longer support iOS5, please be sure that the new unsupported version will not install on an iOS5 device. (By the way, I have purchased separate HLT versions for each of my iPod3, iPod5 and original iPad. I'm a big fan and truly appreciate ...

Cannot open HLT 18.3.0 on original iPad

I downloaded HLT 18.3.0 on my original iPad running IOS 5.1.1 (the latest OS for the original iPad) and when I try to open HLT, the Start Your Engines screen appears for about 2 seconds and then I'm returned to the home screen. The app never opens. I had no problem with opening any of the prior vers...

Re: Importing data into new device

Thank you.

Have there been any issues in sending individual laps via Bluetooth? In the past I have had no problem sending individual laps from my iPod3 to my iPad. Now, none of my three units (including my new iPod5) can find one another even though Bluetooth is set to "on" for all.

Importing data into new device

I exported over 1,500 laps of data from my iPod 3rd generation (32GB) and want to import these laps into my new iPod 5th generation (64GB), on which I plan to record new laps with video. Specifically, how do I import these data into the iPod 5? I've seen numerous statements that import can be done (...

Switch to Android?

I have used LapTimer for over 1,500 laps since August 2011 and again would like to thank Harry for his exceptional product. I currently have the Grand Prix edition that I run on a 3rd generation iPod Touch using a Dual XGPS 5 Hz. (I also have the Grand Prix edition for iPad.) I do not plan to switch...

Re: [MERGE] Problems with missing data recordings

Hi, Harry,

I've downloaded version 15.0.5 and ran "Check Data." Worked like a charm -- all data have been restored. Thanks.
