That's one option. The easier one is to enable Manual Timing in Settings. Once this has been set, Timer View (and others) will have a big red start button added. manually starting timer/video
In older versions there was a way to manually start timing before hitting the first gps trigger. I can't figure out how to do that with v20

The source video is on the sd card - overlay wants to record back to main storage

I seem to think this used to work (or I'm making it up) but I want to export/overlay a whole set of laps and don't have enough internal storage - plenty on sd card. Can I make it export to the card instead of internal storage?

Please don't ask before February when the beta starts. ;-) What I can say already is overlays will mostly not be necessary any more. LapTimer v20 will come with real time overlays. You can watch videos recorded including full overlays instantly. Encoded overlays are necessary for export and externa...

ok, I'm totally missing something here - I'm not seeing Hall of Fame on my phone/app and anyway that's for individual laps (I thought). Is there a way to upload the whole batch of 513 laps?
