I observed the same problem.
I am using the android version of Harry's Lap Timer. Vehicle is Corvette C6.
I am using a Bluetooth ELM 327 OBDII dongle. I verified I am getting OBD data using another App, (Torque)
I then ensured the dongle was connected with Harry's Lap ...
