Tested before running cable through car and signal was very clear from the external Mic, much improved from the IPhone's but now in the car its harder to tell seems to have a clearer engine note but still with cockpit audio? I did think if all was well that the external Mic would disable the IPhone ...

I have a cable that allows me to connect an external mic/headset to the iThing. Voice recording and video recording with the camera app work properly with the external mic. HLT always uses the internal microphone.

So it has been a connection issue. Both the Load Track and Add-ons functions access the same list. Good to hear it works again :-)

I need some more details please. In case you do not see tracks in "Add-Ons", press the refresh button and select "Update". In case you see tracks but cannot load them, please let me know what error you get exactly.
