Re: App won't open in ios10.3.1

Hi again, I have checked for crash logs from an iPhone5S running 11.1.1. The only one I have received shows a database issue generating a crash. In case you ran a fresh install, this should not happen. In case you have 6.7GB of data for LapTimer, it looks like there *is* data and the app has not bee...

Re: Is there a way to use HLT with the Apex Pro?

I'm not familiar with the Apex Pro. Not sure I understand how you use it with LapTimer and create a GPS conflict? The Apex Pro seems to have it's own internal GPS, so I doubt it will access the one built into the smartphone. Furthermore, multiple apps can subscribe to location services at a time. It...

Re: Setting up Custom BTLE Adapter

The BT LE base id is

Code: Select all

00000000-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB

Setting positions 4 to 8 to the 16 bit UUID FFE1 makes it

Code: Select all

0000FFE1-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB

Re: Car launch not detected

You need to disconnect the OBD adapter to force the use of GPS speed. The named option is for video overlaying only.

Are you talking about the Vehicle Details view? It seems I'm lost.

Re: Redrive 20Hz GPS receiver

As long as the device streams a standard NMEA stream with GPS data, you can configure LapTimer to connect to any BT LE device now. I'm not aware they are in contact with me ;-) , where do you see the reference?

We will see a number of new exciting external devices added soon!

Re: A procedure for setting accessories' delays

Yes, if the standard setting is not good enough, I'd recommend a GPS / OBD alignment using speed and wheel speed first. Please keep in mind that GPS speed may be over-smoothed and allow it to be a little late because of this. In addition, compare longitudinal latitude changes from minus to plus (or ...

Re: App won't open in ios10.3.1

I am running iOS 11.1.1, and am having be same issue. I recorded videos at summit point during the weekend, and the app worked fine. This morning, when I tried to open the app to view the videos, I experienced the same symptoms as are listed above. I have restarted the phone several times, offloade...
