Re: Direct transfer of GoPro video to ipad to sync with data?
The Re-Link button is an icon made up from a dark blue and light blue cam. It is available in Video Details coming up in step 10/11. Once you have selected the video, LapTimer will relink the full session. In case your HERO video is split into multiple chunks, you can use this operation for the firs...

Re: Code 15 Audio encoding in master not supported
Switch to Software encoding in LapTimer's Expert Settings. There are so many different implementations of video codecs in Android - impossible to trouble shoot this individually.

Re: iOs and GoPro video sync and exporting laps
Hi, GoPro's do not have a timezone setting. This means the timestamp stored cannot be mapped reliably to LapTimer's timestamps. However, it has no influence on overlaying etc, it just would be a candidate to replace re-linking with an automatic operation. The Re-Link button is the one with two cams,...

Re: HLT doesn't see Dual XGPS
Sounds like some configuration issue. Please check if you have disabled Accessories in Expert Settings accidentally. Furthermore, make sure you do not have apps accessing it in background (i.e. kill others).

Re: PLX Kiwi 4
Hi bulls23, Long time no see. :-) The Kiwi4 promises faster communication (twice as much as the Kiwi3). If true, this will be beneficial for LapTimer operation. Standalone operations (logging, audio) are more for car / engine health monitoring and will not add advantages when used with LapTimer. I d...

Yes, it should be in power on state all the time. Recording will be turned on and off.

Re: E46 M3 2002 + VGATE 3 WIFI
Early M3s show OBD problems frequently. Try switching Adpative Timing for Optimzed to Enabled in Expert Settings. This sometimes helps.

Re: Exporting the full track map
There is an option in Overlay Configuration-the dialog coming up when you press Video/Export. For iOS, it is on page 2, for Android, you need to scroll downward. Turn off Dynamic Map.

Re: HLT doesn't record acceleration data when using external GPS
LapTimer / Administration / Sensor List / Dual XGPS GNSS has an option. Not sure to which update rate it switches (need to check the code), please try the option.

Re: HLT doesn't record acceleration data when using external GPS
Not possible, I‘m sorry.
You may try configuring your Qstarz to 5 Hz - smoothing calculated data is easier for lower update rates.
