For late Android versions, invisibility in file explorer is expected. App private data. youtube should actually work. I received another report there are problems in case the video is on an external SD card. Does this apply for your situation?

Re: Can’t find new track
When creating a new track, it is stored as a User Track Set. A user track set is a local definition. As long as it is not certified, it will not appear in our track list (Load Track and Administration ‣ Add-ons). But both certified track sets downloaded and user track sets are used once LapTimer det...

Re: Changed google account - possible to move HLT GP from one to the other?
Take care when change your Google or Apple ID. Both associate your music and app licenses with this ID. Once you change the ID, you need to repurchase your apps and music. I'm not aware they offer a migration service. When it comes to changing email addresses: to my knowledge, this can be done witho...

Re: Timer view video overlays
Actually it is not about customizing, but simply a question whether engine data is available. Once you connect one of the OBD sensors listed on http://www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/ios or http://www.gps-laptimer.de/compatibility/android, LapTimer will record this data and add the gauges. GrandPr...

Re: Multiple speed ranges at once and first datapoint
Actually the first and last data point are always interpolated values. And they should snap to the range defined. The full story for the "standing start" is that you can't measure the transition from zero to anything. GPS has a so called speed drift and will deliver noisy speed values. Lap...

Re: Data Recording Fields
Data fields recorded are not customizable. But there is an extended channel set beyond LapTimer standard channels documented in http://downloads.gps-laptimer.de/LapTimerDocumentation%20-%20Engine%20Data%20and%20Developer%20Program.pdf Tire data is missing for unknown reasons in CSV exports. They are...

Re: Out and Back - copy / duplicate track?
Once you change a certified track, it is becoming a local User Track Set. You can do this if you want. NB: online function for this track set will be turned off (e.g. Hall of Fame). In case you want us to update the certified track set, please apply the changes and send the User Track set for certif...

Re: Missing / corrupted all track day's GoPro videos
This one:
I recommend to operate the cam manually and add footage to LapTimer as described in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXjVb8nWCXI when using the Hero9 or any other action cam not on the compatibility list.
