Maybe another good feature for HLT, which is also seen in other loggers, is the definition of triggers based on data-flow like gps frames or OBD frames.

It would great to add a remote control in the steering wheel/handlebar to start/stop recording and/or to sweep among the the differenct views.

I use your laptimer for motorbike. As you know, while racing, it is better to concentrate on the track rather than look at the speedmeter.
Do you think it is possible to add a speech to tell the current speed?

I've installed your last release of laptimer on the ipod touch 4th generation. I cannot install the speed trap database. When I press the button to import nothing happens while it should ask the web server where the kml are located. Can you help on this?
