Re: LapTimer v18 Beta

The track season up here doesn't start until April but if you need an extra IOS tester, I can do 'laps' around my neighborhood at ~25mph.

Re: Post Your Track Toy Here

I've been using HLT for 3 or 4 years and have recommended it to dozens of people - I can think of 4 or 5 who downloaded it in the paddock after seeing my lap results on the iphone. The car is a 1990 miata with the drivetrain from an '04 Mazdaspeed Miata (MSM). When I started, I drove my '05 MSM but ...

Re: What is the Procedure to Use Lap Timer in Airplane Mode?

There is a local track where I only get cell reception at the top of a rise on the back half of the track. Getting a barrage of text messages at 100mph in the middle of a high speed sweeper is unnerving at best. Taking off a driving glove to clear the screen is dangerous. I like the 'do not disturb'...

Re: This might be a stupid question but...

This presumes you are using the same itunes account as you had on the first phone. I don't know if it is supposed to work this way but I have an iPad also with the same itunes account and it let me DL Harry's to the iPad too. I haven't used it in a car but I have used it to goof around a little.

Re: Any tips on accesories (GPS, OBD) for iPhone 5 users?

I didn't by an iMac back in the late '90s because the stupid thing had that funny little port that didn't fit my printer. In fact, I didn't have ANYTHING that fit that port. What was it called? Oh yeah... USB. My old serial plug was just fine thank you!

Re: Re-sorting GPS Data

For people finding this through a search, Harry responded to my email. This seems to be a corrupted database that users (us) can't fix so the solution is to follow the instructions in the link and have him fix it. I'm getting pretty darn good service for my $15 not to mention a fantastic app. Thanks...

Re-sorting GPS Data

I had this problem once before on an earlier version but upgrading IOS and HLTs seemed to fix the issue. I also managed somehow to get all of my data archived and only lost one day (that didn't include a lap record so I'd rather pretend it didn't happen :D ). The same hang up just happened again on ...
