Re: Low space on iphone

All sessions appear to have recorded correctly. The Red "Not Ready" still appears and is a little disconcerting, but when in Timer mode I saw the full bars green and checkered flag rotational icon telling me it was ready.

Re: Low space on iphone

Harry, I am having issues as described by OP. The screen shot has a GPS issue showing as well, but when that cleared the "Overall Status" was still red "Not Ready". I did not take that phone out on track as my work phone has HLT as well (iPhone SE), but I have a dedicated MoSpo i...

Re: Update Grand Prix Version

You can record engine data with or without Engine View. To do this, enable Manual Timing in LapTimer’s Settings. This will give you Start / Stop buttons in Timer and other views. You can use them to record arbitrary drives. To analyze the data recorded in Excel, export the recording to CSV. It incl...

Re: Update Grand Prix Version

Harry can you explain what the Engine View feature does? I need something to monitor (thru OBDII) RPM and other engine data and output an excel spread sheet with the information. Basically the same thing I do with HLT at the track, but in this case where ever I am as long as I have OBD sensor connec...

Re: Fourth color on lateral acceleration maps

Yes, that's the reason I set the red threshold to slightly below limit. With the definition given, the goal is to be green on straights, yellow in corners, and rarely red. This is not the most colorful display, but the one you are fastest :-) - Harry That's good for track days in your personal car....

Re: Fourth color on lateral acceleration maps

It is definitely not necessary, but more information is generally better. I believe right not I am using the default settings of green up to 0.8g, yellow 0.8-1.0g and red +1.0g. If I had another color I could see those short moments where I may have pulled 1.25g or so. I'd probably set it to 1.2g an...

Harry
Ok, I see that in the settings. Now we just need one more color (and range of values). :D

Fourth color on lateral acceleration maps

Perhaps this is a GP feature, not sure. I'd like another color and range of values added to the lateral acceleration maps. It can be either above red or below green. I just want to see those moments where I hit a peak lateral G load. Keeping the highest group red would be good given the stark contra...

Re: Sensor Delays after update(s)

Hi, There is no change in delay handling although OBD delays have been mapped to one value from several some versions ago. OBD delays mostly on the car and update rates achieved. The default is good for around 4 Hz, reduce it if you get more. Harry OK, so you're saying the delay setting has more to...
