Question About Linking Data from Multiple Laps in a Session

Is it possible to link all of the laps in one session and export the data for the entire session as one file instead of a data file for each individual lap?

Re: iPhone and iPad Accelerometer Orientation Question

Bringing this one back to ask an additional question.... I just did a small test video driving in my neighborhood. My iPad will be facing rearward (looking out the rear window). I turned on 'Reverse Lateral Acceleration' but HLT still got the g-forces backwards. Before I started recording, I tapped ...

Re: Fine Tuning HLT GP, Automatic G2 & 05 BMW M3

Ok, I just sent you a trace file. Of course, I did not see the same type of performance that I previously reported (and I made several files). In all cases, rate went between .2 - 2.7 Hz, but did not actually disconnect. I am not sure how much help this file will be, but let me know if there is anyt...

Ok I will get the log file for you to take a look at. I don't know how long it will take to get the disconnect condition though as it seemed to happen very rarely and randomly (and very quickly re-connected) during my testing with the car idling in the driveway.

Re: Fine Tuning HLT GP, Automatic G2 & 05 BMW M3

So I motored the OBD 2 connection in the Sensor List window as you recommended with decent albeit inconclusive results. Rate most of the time stayed between 1 to 2.5 Hz, occasionally getting up to 3 Hz and sometimes dropping to .2 Hz. It only disconnected (i.e. went to yellow) a few times in a 3-4 m...

Re: Fine Tuning HLT GP, Automatic G2 & 05 BMW M3

Thanks for the reply! Regarding connection status, I will take a more dedicated look and get back to you. However, I remember that once the Automatic turned green, it stayed green. The few times the Automatic would disconnect seemed to only occur if the rate went down to zero and stayed there for mo...

Fine Tuning HLT GP, Automatic G2 & 05 BMW M3

I am trying to fine tune my setup and could use some help/advice to make sure I did not miss anything. I read several of the threads that have discussed this but they could not answer all of my questions. The Automatic seems to connect fine and has the most up to date hardware and firmware. In the E...

Re: Odblink MX Wifi a scam!

Interesting and too bad.....

Also on their site was a very easy to follow guide on how to use "infrastructure" mode. Makes me wonder if part of the problem could be how the GoPro wifi network works (i.e. the GoPro does not like having more than one device on its WiFi network).

Re: Odblink MX Wifi a scam!

So according to the Scantool rep in the thread linked above, a firmware update is not needed to use infrastructure mode. Can you confirm this Harry (or anybody else)?

Re: Odblink MX Wifi a scam!

So I noticed the new App has been up on the App Store for a little while now. Can anyone confirm if the new firmware update allows the dual OBDlink and GoPro control/communication?
