Re: "Infineon" raceway POI set
Yes, the named split triggers are not well defined for Infineon. Changed T4 to 5° and T7 to 345° and uploaded it to the server. Recalculating the above laps, results in 3 splits each (using Wide, which is the default for triggers with direction anyway). - Harry Thanks, I will try that if I can save...

Re: Recalculating splits and detection corridor settings
I've had the same problem recently at Sears Point/Sonoma Raceway. Many laps were missing one or more splits. And recalculating didn't help even on the "widest" settings.

Re: Trigger detection problems
Also, reading the manual (http://www.gps-laptimer.com/LapTimerDocumentation%20-%20Points%20of%20Interest%20and%20Triggers.pdf) there is a diagram on page 3 that shows the detection corridor as being directly ahead of the car. However, the problems I'm having are with triggers that are in sharp (90 d...

Re: Time shift correction for GPS vs ODB data
OBD is a different thing as the time origin is not part of the data coming in. This is the reason heuristics need to be applied. You can adjust the standard sensor delay values in LapTimer's Expert Settings. Please note this delays are applied during recording, not "after the fact". - Har...

Trigger detection problems
I have 17.0.5 and having problems with trigger detection. I went to the expert settings to adjust the corridor and sector values. However, setting the sector for *either* "normal" or "wide" changes *both* values. Also, choosing either normal or wide doesn't seem to help resolve t...

"Infineon" raceway POI set
I was driving around Sonoma raceway (aka Sears Point or Infineon. See http://www.autoblog.com/2012/06/03/infineon-raceway-to-become-sonoma-raceway-temporarily/) yesterday and the "certified" track set of POI seems a bit off. The GPS data says I have a good fix and the points look excellent...

Time shift correction for GPS vs ODB data
I was using the latest version of GrandPrix on iPhone5 at "Infineon" Raceway (which is now called Sonoma raceway and most people recall as Sears Point...) I have a GoPoint BT1 ODB device and an XGPS150 with the 10Hz software installed. When looking at the charts of lap data, there is a con...

After upgrade, laps not consistently recorded
I purchased Lap Timer around late August or early September. Along with Dual XGPS150 and GoPoint BT1. I'm using an IPad to record laps. Finally got on the track today and for the first few sessions everything worked fine. Then I upgraded to the most recent version and the next session I got nothing ...

Support for GoPoint Tech BT1 OBD-II
[quote="Harry"]Thanks, will see if I run a beta test / external test program. Appreciate your (and fluppie's) offer :-) Thanks for implementing the support for the BT1. On your recommendation, I also got the xgps150a Unfortunately, they won't pair with my outdated iPhone 3GS with iOS 3.0.1...
